Hello, my name is Gene Strickland. Our company was founded in 1967. We are a third-generation company, with over 50 years’ experience. We started as general contractors, building houses.


We also specialized in structural repairs with houses with settlement problems, damaged load bearing sills, and installing permanent piers. We are very familiar with the building codes in this area.


We started inspecting homes 35 years ago and have an excellent reputation in this community. One of the things that separate us from other inspection companies is our experience in the field. Therefore, we’re able to give accurate estimates on damages we find in houses. We inspect, which in turn helps the buyer with the negotiation process.
